Fresh and plentiful. That is the Nicky's philosophy for over 35 years. Nicky's Cafe started off with a focus on comfort foods. Breakfast, burgers, and cutlets were just a few things that made us popular and is still the main driver that brings in customers today. However as the world's dietary habits change so do we.

And while you'll  always find our classic dishes here you'll notice something extra. We've added a number of vegan items as well as gluten free options. You'll also notice our emphasis on supporting local business wherever we can. Many of our ingredients are found locally and we are always on the hunt for more.

Meet

Nicky

Food is life for Nicky and even in his senior years he's always yearning to learn more about recipes, ingredients, and cuisine. Born in the Arcadia province of Greece many of his influences come from there, often with a Canadian twist.

                       Meet                                                        Perry

Perry pretty much grew up at Nicky's. At 7 years old he'd be helping out washing dishes, bussing tables and even helping out in the cooking line once in awhile. After high school he left Regina and worked at a number of different restaurants in Toronto and Calgary but his roots at Nicky's were calling him back to Regina.



                        Meet

                      Tino

Tino's Childhood was pretty much spent at Nicky's where you

would find him peeling potatoes in the back for hours on end.

It was Nicky's way of instilling a good work ethic in his kids. Tino eventually left Regina because he didn't want to see another potato again and to pursue a journalism career. His new path had him living in Calgary, Red Deer and Saint John New Brunswick. While he developed a passion for journalism the restaurant business was calling him back home to Regina and went back to the family business with Perry and couldn't be happier.
